Dinoventures ("we") operates the K-Fridge / 냉털레코 website (naengteolreco.com) and Android app (the "Service"). We respect your privacy and comply with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, including the GDPR and the CCPA where they apply.
- You can use the Service without an account. If you sign up: email, nickname, password (stored as a one-way hash), newsletter consent, sign-up and login times. We do not collect your name or phone number.
- Photos you upload to find ingredients. Photos are used only to recognize ingredients and suggest recipes, and are not stored after processing.
- If you subscribe to Premium: Google Play order ID, purchase token, subscription status and period. Card and payment details are handled by Google; we never receive them.
- Device notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) if you allow notifications.
- Access logs (time, device type, errors) to improve the Service.
- A hashed value of your IP address used only to count daily usage (deleted after 30 days).
Recognizing ingredients and providing recipes and nutrition estimates; account features such as saved recipes; providing Premium; newsletters only if you agreed; notices; fixing errors and improving the Service.
Account data and saved recipes are deleted immediately when you delete your account. Other data is deleted once its purpose is fulfilled; access logs are kept up to 1 year. Purchase records may be kept as long as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We use these processors: Google (Firebase notifications, Google Play billing verification), Amazon Web Services (servers in Seoul, Korea), Anthropic (USA, AI that reads ingredient photos and writes recipes; photos are sent to the USA for processing and are not stored).
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Delete your account in the app (Me → Delete account) or email us. EU/UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The Service is not intended for children under 14 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
